SURFACE PREPARATION :

Any damage in the structure, cracks or voids which may cause water penetration should be repaired before application. Large voids or cracks should be filled or repaired with white cement and sand (in the ratio of 1:3), for smaller cracks or voids, use Vinal crack filler.

Surface Preparation :

Make the surface clean free from loose or poorly bonded materials and growth of moss, algae fungus by vigorous wire brushing. Wash the surface clean with water. Horizontal areas like top of awnings, parapets, sunshades, where water normally accumulates or ponds, should be well repaired to prevent such accumulation. Precautions / Note:

Application of a waterproofing chemical as base, top coat or additives is not recommended. For a better finish, however a base coat of vinal exterior primer is recommended. Mix in the ratio recommended. Disproportionate mixing may result in ahead's variation, low hiding, poor bonding or flaking. Curing is not required for Vinal High Seen anti dart latex painted surfaces.
